I propose that we have a goal of developing BTM Regions. I have referred to LA as a Metastopolis (metastasizing city). I loath driving here. 
The Proposal is that for each region we would have:
- A Point Man
- A Mentor Development Contact
- Seek a partner Charter School/Institution
- Connect with local resources: meeting places, event spaces, NGO's, political orgs
- Find local funding and support sources
